Vision

Establishment of the Department of Desertification Techniques to be a scientific and technical center that feeds Iraqi and Arab society with agricultural engineering staff  that meet the needs of water use management and to diagnose and address the problems of desertification which are growing and spreading and became dangerous to the local, regional and global community.
