The College of Agricultural Technology organizes a workshop on the use of artificial intelligence in the development of agriculture Under the auspices of the President of the Northern Technical University, Professor Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, and under the guidance of the Dean of the Agricultural Technical College, Professor Dr. Shehab Ahmed Yousef Al-Bajari, The Computer Center in the college organized a workshop entitled: (Using artificial intelligence in the development of agriculture) And in the presence of the Dean of the College and the Assistant Dean for Academic Affairs and students. Present in: Dr. Ali Mohsen Ahmed The workshop came out with several recommendations, the most important of which are: – Artificial intelligence is appropriate and effective in the agricultural sector, as it can improve the use of resources. – It solves the problem of wasting resources and adapts to provide the exact need of the plant without any increase or decrease. – It has the ability to make the right decision in maintaining plant health and gives large areas and within a very short time compared to human effort. The activities of the Million Tree Planting Project Committee in the college continue to equip schools and government institutions with trees.
Under the guidance of the Dean of the College, Professor Dr. Shehab Ahmed Al-Bajari, and under the supervision of the Assistant Dean for Administrative and Financial Affairs, Dr. Alaa Younis Mahdi, and with the follow-up of the Head of the Plant Production Technologies Department, Prof. Dr. Fahd Khalaf Yassin, and in the presence of the Chairman of the Central Committee for the project to plant one million trees, Dr. Muhannad Abdel Qader, and members of the sub-committee, and based on the principle of cooperation between government institutions, afforestation campaigns continue in government institutions, as a number of schools have been equipped, including:
– Mahd Al-Hadara Secondary School for Girls.
