A workshop on capacity development (TOT) in the College of Agricultural Technology.
Under the guidance of the Dean of the College of Agricultural Technology, Professor Dr. Shehab Ahmed Al-Bajari, the Department of Information and Public Relations, in cooperation with the Rehabilitation, Employment and Follow-up Unit in the College, organized a workshop entitled (Capacity Development TOT).
And in the presence of the respected Dean of the Agricultural Technical College, Professor Dr. Shihab Ahmed Al-Bajari
He gave the lecture: –

The workshop came out with several recommendations, the most important of which are:
– The trainer should bring about change in the trainee’s life at the professional and personal levels.
Teaching him how to reach goals that will achieve progress and achievement.
Teaching the trainer how to deal with the trainee.
