The Agricultural Technical College organizes a symposium on “educational institutions and their role in digital security and combating electronic extortion”
Under the guidance of the Dean of the College, Prof. Dr. Shehab Ahmed Al-Bajari, the Information and Public Relations Division, in cooperation with the Security Permits Unit in the College and in coordination with the Community Police, organized a symposium entitled: (Educational institutions and their role in digital security and combating electronic extortion).
Present in it are:
– Colonel Abdullah Hussein.
Lieutenant Colonel Hazem Najm Abdullah.
– Commissioner Rami Elias Semaan.
The seminar aimed to:
Introducing community police and their role in combating cybercrime. Avoid rumors on social media.
The symposium revealed:
– The dangers of using social networking sites and how electronic extortion crimes occur.
– The mechanism of dealing with cybercrime and how to avoid falling into the trap of electronic extortion.
Participate in the seminar:
A number of my teachers, affiliates, and students of postgraduate and primary studies in the college and the Mosul Technical Institute at the college site.
